FR : Sur l’île grecque de Chios, face à la presqu’île turque de Çeşme, plusieurs femmes migrantes attendent et espèrent gagner le continent. Le visage caché elles posent, font les modèles et nous raconte avec intimité les violences qu’elles ont connues parqu’elles étaient des femmes. Face aux paysages elle se souviennent. Dans le « women’s center » elles se soutiennent et dansent.
EN : On the Greek island of Chios, facing the Turkish peninsula of Çeşme, several migrant women wait and hope to reach the continent. The hidden face they pose, make the models and tell us intimately the violence they knew by being women. In front of the landscapes they remember. In the « women’s center » they support each other and dance.
